Wednesdays Evenings 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. and Friday Afternoons 2:30 - 3:30pm
If you can laugh, you can participate! Open to all ages. No membership required. All ranges of mobility welcome. Wear comfortable clothes suitable for moving on the floor or in a chair and bring a water bottle. No need to bring a mat. Free and open to the public.

Laughter Yoga and Meditation Classes at UCSF

Join us as we explore the unique opportunity for present moment awareness through laughter and meditation. Classes are led by Teresa Corrigan and begin with simple instructions, flowing into laughter exercises followed by meditation. The laughter exercises warm-up the mind-body and help generate mind-quieting. Shifting our focus after the laughing exercises to meditation facilitates a gentle deepening of mindful awareness.
